    Ready to Ship:
    Orders are processed within 24 hours after purchase and shipped on the next available weekly shipping day (Saturday).

    Made to Order:
    1-8 weeks for design/shipping depending on supply availability. Details to be confirmed before purchase.

    Bulk Orders:
    2-9 weeks for design/shipping depending on supply availability. Details to be confirmed before purchase.

    Do you offer expedited services?

    Yes! Expedited delivery and services may be requested if our standard timeframes are not suitable. EXPEDITED fees begin at $10 and must be approved.

    What is the shipping time for orders?

    Weekly shipping is on Saturdays unless expedited services have been paid and acknowledged.

    We ship orders once a week, every Saturday.

    Once your order is processed and shipped, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery within the United States. International shipping times, when applicable, may vary depending on the destination.

    How can I track my order?

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the status of your delivery. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order's tracking information, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for assistance.

    Do you offer international shipping?

    At this time, we currently only offer shipping within the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.     What happens if there is a delay?

    Please note that while we do our utmost to ensure timely delivery, there may be circumstances beyond our control that could cause delays. These may include:

    What is your return policy?

    We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Unless there is a defect in craftsmanship, we don’t offer any refunds. If for any reason you're not happy with the quality of your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your items, and we'll be happy to assist you.
